Copper Kelly, born Eugene Rowe, is a Wexford, Ireland-based country musician who grew up on a farm and earned the nickname "Clean Cut Cowboy." He began playing guitar at 12 and started writing country music after meeting songwriter Dympna Walsh in 2017. His single "Don't Steal This Moment" received airplay on Irish radio stations, which led to the release of his independently produced album "Worthwhile Waste of Time" in February 2019. Copper studied sound engineering in college and drew inspiration from outlaw country musicians such as Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings. He has performed nationwide and appeared on Ireland's Hot Country TV. Copper has also live-streamed concerts and hosted three podcasts, collaborating with fellow musicians, including Kenan Flannery, Walker Tex, and Party Hawks. Copper's second album, "Clean Cut Cowboy," with 8 original songs, is set for release in mid-2023.
